Summer Student Interpretive Staff
Duties Include- Answering visitor queries.
- Working in gift shop at front counter.
- Leading guided tours for school children
- Food preparation for birds
- Sharing in all cleaning requirements
- Light grounds maintenance around the birds
- Learning to handle birds of prey
- No previous experience required
- Up to 36 hours per week.
Ideal Requirements
- An interest and love of nature. You are physically active.
- No criminal record.
- Able to do physically demanding tasks.
- You enjoy working with other people in a team setting.
- Able to work outdoors in the sun for extended periods.
- Have your own transportation to our site.
- Available to work until labour day Monday, Sept 03, 2024
- Availability to work any of 7 days per week.
- Some positions may require us to hire a university/college or high school age student.
- Start dates, May 18th for college/university July 1st for high school students.

- Cutting grass, Watering trees, Cleaning
- Building aviaries/cages
- Feeding the birds & food preparation
- Sharing in all cleaning requirements
- Up to 36 hours per week.
Ideal Requirements
- You enjoy working with other people in a team setting.
- Able to work outdoors in the sun for extended periods.
- No criminal record.
- Able to do physically demanding tasks.
- Have your own transportation to our site.
- No allergies to dust, pollen, grass etc.
- Available to work until labour day Monday, Sept 03, 2024
- Mostly available to work Monday to Saturday, very occasional Sundays may be required.
- Start dates, May 18th for college/university July 1st for high school students.

Gift Shop Supervisor
- Answering visitor queries. Arrange retail displays
- Working in gift shop at front counter.
- Inventory counts & ordering inventory
- Supervising other staff.
- May 18th to Labour Day Monday, possibly starting mid to late April.
- Possibly some part time hours for rest of year.

- Available to work year round.
