Hold an Owl

Imagine being able to reach out and touch the feathers of a live owl. Or to have a Burrowing Owl perch on your arm for a once-in-a-lifetime photograph! When you visit, you will be welcome to interact one-on-one with our specially trained ambassador birds like Burrowing Owls, Barn Owls and Great Horned Owls.

The owls we handle with visitors are resident birds that can't be released back to the wild because of permanent injuries or those that were raised in captivity from a young age. We handle only the owls that are comfortable with human interaction.

Owls are available throughout the day for photos and handling opportunities.
