Unfortunately some bird’s injuries do not heal well enough to be returned to the wild. In these cases we do our best to provide them a long term home in our display aviaries or as foster parents that will raise wild orphans. Great Grey Owls, Snowy Owls, Saw Whet owls and Ferruginous Hawks are a few of the bird species you will see in these aviaries located around our network of landscaped trails and ponds.
